All-Era Alumni Reunion - July 9-11, 2010
Pining for the pines? Longing to cool your armpits in the dark green waters? Wondering what your old camp friends are up to these days? If you are like us, you are so excited for July 9-11, 2010 to arrive. This summer, Phantom Lake YMCA Camp will be celebrating 115 years of making memories and you can be a part of that.
Register and join us for the All-Era Alumni Reunion, July 9th-11th, 2010 at Phantom Lake YMCA Camp!
You will have the chance to reconnect with friends and meet other Alumni. No matter what years you were at Phantom, you are welcome! Any former camper, SDP, YLT, or Staff of Phantom Lake YMCA Camp and their families are encouraged to attend!
If you choose to arrive on Friday, camp will be in-session, so you can really relive the sounds and energy of modern day PLYC.
With so many generations represented for this reunion, there will be a great history shared by all. This is a reunion for all ages. In fact, we’re hoping there will be a competition to see how many folks from each era can attend. We can hear it in the dining hall now: “…we are table from the 60’s, from the 60’s from the 60’s…” and so on.

Lodging options
Take in the full camp experience by staying in one of our tents! The platform tents will be available for individuals and families to stay overnight in on Saturday night. Due to space constraints we anticipate tents will be shared. Please indicate any tentmate preference when registering. On Friday night, individuals are welcome to bring a camping tent to sleep in near the Pavilion as the tents will be in use by Resident camp.

Pricing Info
The cost for the reunion covers staffing at all of the activities and in the kitchen, food, and miscellaneous operating expenses. The day rate includes lunch and dinner on Saturday. The overnight rate additionally includes breakfast and lunch on Sunday. All are welcome to enjoy a pizza dinner at the Pavilion on Friday night.
We are offering a voluntary 3-tier pricing program for the Reunion like we offer for Resident camp. The first price covers only direct expenses. It does not nearly represent the true cost of camp operations, however. The second price covers direct expenses as well as a portion of additional costs to camp. The third price represents the actual cost of camp, including direct expenses and both long term wear & tear and depreciation. You will see these three options when registering. We realize that families have differing abilities to pay and it is up to you to select a tier. The weekend is priced from $50-$100 depending on tier, and whether you will be a day visitor, or overnight visitor.
This program is totally voluntary (you choose the price), and in no way influences the quality of experience you will receive.
